9. ClearnetDeluxe Game Servers

By using our ClearnetDeluxe servers, you agree to our rules. If, in TelstraClear's absolute discretion, you break the rules, we reserve the right to kick, ban or restrict your access to the use of the ClearnetDeluxe servers, either temporarily or permanently.
 
Zero rating of internet usage on ClearnetDeluxe servers only applies to TelstraClear residential customers using a PDQ or InHome Cable Broadband connection. All others user's internet traffic on the ClearnetDeluxe servers will count towards any usage allowance applicable to their individual broadband plan.
